WP Year End Stats
WP Year End Stats is a simple WordPress Plugin which displays some fancy stats about your blog which you can include in your year end review posts. The Plugin is based on the MySQL queries by Alex King.

You can download the Plugin from the official WordPress Plugin directory.
Installation
Extract the zip file and just drop the wp-yearendstats.php file in the wp-content/Plugins/ directory of your WordPress installation and then activate the Plugin from Plugins page.
